  Have dropped in 2 or 3 times on my way elsewhere and always found the place to be popular and helpful. I then sought them out when it came to changing my bike...it started off so well with excellent help and advice over the phone..but...on the day I went to view the bike the so called tail tidy was basically a hunk of metal with protruding wires. I was perplexed by this. On Yer Bike seemed to think nothing was wrong with this. Worried by this I went off and bought the same bike elsewhere. Shame really. Its 3 stars because I suspect my experience is not typical but be warned anyway.

  Great selection of new and used machines. Clothing selection is second to none and the staff have the time and knowledge to ensure you are kitted out correctly. Excellent customer service. I happily recommend and will be buying from them again. Thanks John and colleagues!
